Despite this week being the second last week of my term 1 in degree of fashion design, I managed to attend the Design Film Festival 2016.

The film gets really intimate with Yohji's personal life. It got me captivated how much Yohji smokes during the interview, he literally did not even stop for a breather.
The wedding dress above, its cranoline has zippers where the hat, flowers and cardigan came from. It was the highlight of the movie.
Yohji, his life, his childhood, he turned his problems into his motivation to be the person he is right now.
The First Monday in May
The First Monday In May is a documentary of how these amazing two, Anna Wintour and Andrew Bossi, managed to create one of the most biggest events in fashion industry, Met Gala 2015.
This film, was UH-MAY-ZING. seriously, it really made me feel like I literally was inside China: Through the Looking Glass Exhibition.
All the pieces in the museum, all the fashion statement the guests were wearing, they all .. ALL gave me goosebumps..
THIS IS A MUST WATCH.
