ZERO WASTE
Zero waste literally means no fabric pieces on the floor while producing a garment and it was surprisingly difficult to manipulate all of the width x height of the fabric.
Well heyy, it is a good way to safe our beloved earth though !
Imagine, just imagine, this jacket was made out of hmm let's see.. made out of sheer pink fabric. Lingerie style ? Wouldn't it be pretty
I used the entire fabric of 90cm x 3m to create this jacket. It has welt pockets on the front bodice made out of the same piece of fabric. I read the book shown on the top of this page to gain the knowledge of this zero waste technique and innovate it while doing the technique.
